Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and Prima Global when you play FullJack. By creating an account you accept them.

1. Who we are

FullJack is operated by Prima Global Yazılım Mühendislik İnşaat ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti., Alanya, Türkiye. Contact: support@fulljack.net.

2. The chips are not money

This is the most important clause on the page, so it comes first.

• FullJack chips are a game score. They have no monetary value of any kind.
• They cannot be cashed out, redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for money, goods or anything else of value, by us or by anyone.
• They are not your property. They are a licence to play, and that licence ends when your account ends.
• We offer no real-money prizes and run no real-money gambling.
• Selling, buying or trading chips or accounts outside the game is forbidden. Any account involved in it may be closed without notice.

Playing a game that simulates gambling is not practice for real gambling, and success here does not mean success at anything played for money.

3. You must be 18

You may only use FullJack if you are 18 or older, and only where the law where you live allows it. If we find that an account belongs to someone under 18, we close it and delete the data.

4. Your account

• One person, one account. Keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Pick a nickname that is not offensive and does not pretend to be someone else. We may change a nickname that breaks this.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has got into your account.
• You can close your account whenever you like — write to support, and everything is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Fair play

Do not use bots, scripts, automation, modified clients, or bugs in the game to gain chips or advantage. Do not attack, overload or probe our servers. Do not try to reverse engineer the game. If you find a bug that gives an unfair advantage, tell us instead of using it — we will thank you for it.

If chips end up in an account through a fault, a bug or a breach of these terms, we may remove them.

6. Free chips

New players receive welcome chips, and further free chips on each day they return. The amounts are set by us and may change at any time. Free chips are a gift, not an entitlement, and they follow clause 2 like all other chips.

7. The game may change

FullJack is under active development. We may add, change, suspend or remove features, tables, rules, bonuses and pay tables, and we may interrupt the service for maintenance. We will avoid doing it in the middle of your hand, but we cannot promise that the service is never unavailable.

8. What we promise, and what we do not

We build this carefully and we test it, but the game is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will be free of faults or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost chips, lost progress, or any indirect loss arising from using the game. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or gross negligence.

Because the chips have no monetary value, no loss of chips is a financial loss.

9. Ending the agreement

You may stop playing and close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and in serious cases we may do so without notice. If we close your account for no fault of yours, we will tell you why.

10. Intellectual property

The FullJack name, logo, table design, game rules, bonus mechanics, software and artwork belong to Prima Global. Playing the game gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it, and nothing more.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version. If a change matters to you, we will tell you in the game before it takes effect. Continuing to play after that means you accept the new version.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Alanya, Antalya have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in the European Union, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in.
